Dr. Adam has authored several books, articles, and newsletters and has appeared on television, radio, and conference stages for more than a decade. His first book, “Time to Stop Dieting and Start Living” is an in-depth journey into the psychology of health and weight loss. His second book, “Bridging the Gap Between Fitness and Science” provides readers with an easy-to-use guide on how to incorporate exercise into their daily lives. Dr. Adam recently completed his third book, “Lighten Up! Daily Reminders to Living a Lighter, Happier, Healthier Life.”
